Hi everyone!

Today I'm posted a blog about my plans riding Texas, since Texas needs a last blog post: Texas-sized Transport. So I prepared some plans for playing Texas DLC for American Truck Simulator.

You can find my image for plans here. Map legends:

  • Plan #1
  • Plan #2

Plans for Texas[]

I have two plans for playing Texas map expansion for American Truck Simulator. First of them, I will visit Texas from different New Mexico city, from north to south.

After that, my second plan will that: I will ride through all Texas cities (If I will visit all 29 Texas cities), with ignoring signs mentioning cities of other states, because TS Wiki has new law: Because city / town is mentioned on road signs, it DOESN'T MEAN city to be featured in future DLC. Of course, Texas borders not only with accessible New Mexico state, but also with USA / Mexican states that we don't know if they will featured in future DLCs for ATS: Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Chihuahua (Mexico), Louisiana and Arkansas (USA).

First plan[]

Like I said above, first time will be entering Texas. If possibly, I will find license plate / truck license plate of Texas, when entering this state. From north to south entrances, I will do this first:

Second plan[]

Remember, how I visited Texas in 18 Wheels of Steel series? Of course, I first visited Dallas and Houston in Across America, then El Paso in Pedal to the Metal. Later, I visited San Antonio in Convoy. After that, I revisited Texas in Haulin' and American Long Haul and going to revisit 29 Texas cities in American Truck Simulator!

This is a list of cities for Texas DLC that I'm going to visit in order. If I will ride through these cities and will find road sign of city, located in other country / state, I will just "ignore" this sign. That's why I marked (in my opinion) settlements that located outside of Texas. They will (probably) appear on road signs.

Currently, these cities appear on road signs for Texas DLC:

In list, cities which I discovered in 18 Wheels of Steel series, marked italic, and Austin is marked bold in my list instead its capital of Texas. Regarding to "TX" after city names, after researching some Texas cities in Wikipedia, here I got, for example, this: El Paso, Texas. That's why I added "TX" for some Texas cities.

Cities, that I will discover after buy Texas DLC, are:

That's all plans that I prepared after will buy Texas DLC. Can't wait of release date announcement and release of this DLC! Also, I can't wait Texas-sized Transport blog!

What are your plans to visit Texas? Write me in comments!
