The United States of America (USA), commonly known as the United States (U.S.) or America is a federal republic composed of 50 states.
At 9.8 million square kilometers and with over 325 million people, the United States is the world's third largest country by total area and the third-most populous. It is bordered by Canada to the north and Mexico to the south. The United States additionally shares a maritime border with Russia and 2 other countries which neither appear in the current map of American Truck Simulator nor known to be in a future expansion.
18 Wheels of Steel series[]
The US was first introduced in the 18 Wheels of Steel series. The country is available as the mainland, from Coast to Coast.
The area around the city of Thompson Falls in Montana is also the setting of the smallest of the five maps in 18 Wheels of Steel: Extreme Trucker 2.
American Truck Simulator[]
The United States of America returns in American Truck Simulator. It is the only country featured in the game, divided in states. Because of the 1:20 scale, only a handful of states are modeled so far.
