East of Unduavi, there is a military checkpoint. The village also features a gas station.

Unduavi is served by two major roads. The village also sits at the western terminus of the actual Yungas Road.
- The Yungas Road runs towards Sacramento Alto and Coroico to the east.
- The road running towards the west runs to Cumbre and La Paz.
- The road running towards the southeast runs to the Airplane Crash Site and Chojlla.
