Tonopah is a small town located in southwestern Nevada. It is featured in American Truck Simulator.

It has been completely reworked in update 1.34.

Features

The city of Tonopah features a gas station, a truck stop with a Gallon Oil unloading point, and a service shop.

To the east of the city one can find a Sunshine Crops farm.

Connections

The town is connected to other cities by three roads:

• The US6 runs through the city center concurrent with US 95 from Coaldale Junction. It runs towards Bishop, California and Carson City and Reno (the latter cities via the US395) to the northwest and Ely to the northeast.
• The US95 runs through the city center concurrent with US 6 from Coaldale Junction. It runs to Beatty and Las Vegas to the southeast and Fallon to the northwest (inaccessible).
• The NV375 runs from US 6 east of Tonopah towards Rachel, Las Vegas, and Pioche (the latter cities via the US93) to the southeast.
• The NV376 runs from US 6 on the east side of Tonopah towards Austin (via the US50) and Winnemucca (via the US50, NV305, and IS80) to the north.

History

In update 1.34, Tonopah was completely reworked. Notably, the gas station and the service shop were changed, the motel was removed, and the truck stop was added. The at-grade three-way junction of US 6 and US 95 was reworked and moved the TOTSO from US 95 to US 6. The at-grade three-way junction with SR 376 was moved to US 6 east of Tonopah.
