Saint Petersburg (Russian: Санкт-Петербург) is the second largest city of Russia. It is featured in the Euro Truck Simulator 2: Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC.[1] [2]

It was the easternmost city in the game, but when the Road to The Black Sea DLC has been released, Istanbul took his title.

Landmarks

Saint Petersburg landmarks rendered in-game are the Aurora battery memorial, the Arch of Victory (in Krasnoye Selo), the Bolshoy Obukhovsky bridge, the Chapel Cosmas and Damian (in Vyra), the Church of the Holy Trinity (in Krasnoye Selo), the Formula Kino, the House of Stationmaster (in Vyra), the Kretovsky stadium, the Lakhta center, the Neva river and the Vantovyy bridge.

Features

Saint Petersburg is split up in several parts which are spread over a huge area. All of them are connected by A118, the ring road of the city.

The part of in-game Saint Petersburg which is located the closest to the city center is called Nevsky District. There are depots of Baltic Logistic Transport and IKA Bohag, as well as a gas station and a garage.

On the opposite side of A118, following a short stretch of P21 one can find two villages called Staraya and Shcheglovo and depots of Finnish Tyres, Radus and Zelenye Polja. There is also a gas station.

The southeastern part of Saint Petersburg is called Shushary in real life and features a depot of Nordic Cargo Handling, a gas station, a hotel and a large DAF truck dealer with service shop.

The airport with an AeroBaltica depot is located to the southeast of Shushary, just south of the intersection of A118 and P23.

Another part of the city is located to the west of the airport at the intersection of A118 and A180, but it doesn't have any special features. It is called Krasnoye Selo.

Lomonosov which features depots of Baltomorsk and PK Medved also belongs to Saint Petersburg although being next to Sosnovy Bor.

On the other side of A118 seen from Lomonosov, one can find depots of Container Port and Balteus Yachts.

A single depot of Ladoga Auto is located at the intersection of A118 and M10 in the north of the city.
