Both entrances to Rotterdam intersect the at un-signalized T-junctions.

The seaport named Europoort is regarded as part of Rotterdam in the game. While it's an important international port in real-life, its function in the game is limited to providing ferry services to the United Kingdom. Two ferry routes are available, one to Harwich near Felixstowe and London, while the other goes to Hull near Grimsby.
