Renault E-Tech T

The Renault Trucks E-Tech T Electric is a battery-electrified truck in Euro Truck Simulator 2 manufactured by the French truck manufacturer Renault Trucks.

It was firstly teased on the 2023 Christmas Special Stream, when the vehicle team revealed the brief images of the truck. It was added to the game on the 30th May, 2024, along with the 1.50 update. Currently, it is only available as a predefined truck for Quick Jobs.

Release History[]

  • 18 December 2023: In the SCS Christmas Stream, the vehicle team reveals the brief images of the Renault Trucks E-Tech T Electric, which could be ETS2's first-ever Battery-Electrified Long-Haul Truck in the future.[1]
  • 21 March 2024: A game update that added the truck hidden under a blue cover on front of all Renault dealership in the game + a promotional social media event to celebrate the arrival of the truck.[2]
  • 10 April 2024: A blog post to confirm that the E-Tech T will be coming to ETS2, shortly after the 1.50 update releases as a part of Quick Jobs.
  • 29 May 2024: SCS Software announced on their social medias that on the 30th May 2024, they will have a special livestream about the Renault Trucks E-Tech T Electric.[3]
  • 30 May 2024:
    • 18:00 CET: SCS makes a special livestream about the Renault Trucks E-Tech T Electric.[4]
    • 19:00 CET: The Renault Trucks E-Tech T Electric is released along with a trailer video.[5]
