The game supports two built-in radio modes: Playback of local MP3/OGG files on your PC, or streaming.
Editing live_streams.sii file manually
American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 supports streaming radio stations in http/mp3 and mms formats. You can manually add internet radio streams to the game by adding the stream URL to a config file. To do this:
- Load ETS2 or AT
Begin with the next numerical order value of the stream data number. Follow with the URL of the stream, the name of the station, the genre, the language (maximum 3 characters), the bitrate and a 0 or 1 value for favorites. All values should be separated by a vertical bar (|) and not include a space in between values.
(replace brackets with values) stream_data[(next stream number)]: "(stream link)|(stream name)|(genre)|(two letter language code)|(bitrate)|(favorite 0 or 1)"
Note that the stream link does not need the port bit set, i.e. the 8000, 8010 or similar numbers preceded by a colon that you see on many links in the live_streams.sii file.
The final entry should look close to this:

Graphical alternative
You can use the open-source tool ETS Radio Manager , which allows you to edit the live_streams.sii file through a graphical interface.
