Quick Travel was introduced in version 1.41 update of the games Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

Quick Travel gives you the option to quick travel to any city you have discovered ("Quick" in the sense that no time is taken at all, i.e. teleportation), but charges money based on the distance from your location to the destination. Upon commencing a Quick Travel, the player will be teleported to the destinated city's service shop (or the player's garage if Quick Travel is commenced in Garage Manager), thus it should be noted that some cities are not selectable in this feature, as they do not offer a service shop.
Quick Travel cannot be commenced if one of the following condition applies:
- One of the player's vehicle damage is 10% or higher;
- The player is having an active job.
Trivia[]
- Prior to 1.41 update, the only way to quickly travel to another city without driving is the Travel feature in Garage Manager, provided that the player owns the garage of the destinated city. Although no money is charged, in-game time will be taken depending on how far away your location is to the destinated garage.
