Puttgarden is a port village in northern Germany. It was added to Euro Truck Simulator 2 in update 1.32.
It cannot be accessed via truck, but it can be viewed from the A1 and the minor road. In update 1.48, the sign was removed due to German cities is reworked and in real-life the Puttgarden station was discontinued.
