Peterbilt 589

The Peterbilt 589 is a truck manufactured by the American truck manufacturer Peterbilt.

It's currently unknown when will this truck be featured in American Truck Simulator.

Release History[]

31 May 2024: SCS released an episode of the "SCS On The Road" series about the walk-around of the 389 and its spiritual successor. This indicates that this truck will be coming at some point in the future.^[1]

In real-life, it replaces the Model 389 as a 2025 Model, and is available with the 'Legendary' options pack.
The sleeper cabs and most parts in the front (grille, hood, headlight, bumper) of the truck resemble that of its spiritual predecessor.
