Ogden is famous for its rail yards which have been here since 1869 when the Golden Spike was driven at Promontory. Union Station towers over the Ogden city skyline and is home of the Utah State Railroad Museum and the platforms of FrontRunner.
Ogden is also home of the Washington Arch which stretches over Washington Blvd and US 89 welcoming travelers to the city.
The Ogden LDS Temple and the Ogden City Tabernacle are located south of the Washington Arch on Washington Blvd.
Ogden is also home of 25th Street which has a shady history.
