Connection[]
Odense straddles the 
, which runs east-west in the vicinity, and runs on bridges at both sides. Specifically, the Great Belt Fixed Link, part of the connection towards Sweden, is the crossing east of the city.
The next city west is the port town Esbjerg, while the Danish capital København is to the east.
