Oakland is a port city in California, featured in American Truck Simulator. It is located near San Francisco and south of unlabeled city of Berkley.
Oakland was also featured in the first SCS Software game: Hard Truck: 18 Wheels of Steel, but as part of San Francisco.
The known landmarks in Oakland are the Port of Oakland, the Oakland Bay Bridge and the California Hotel.

American Truck Simulator Edit
The only company in Oakland, is the Oakland Shippers container port. It is the only depot of this company in the entire game and it features a rest stop.
In Oakland, there are also two gas stations, one of them being a Gallon Oil gas station and accepting the corresponding cargo, and a service shop.
The city is located at the intersection of the and . I-80 crosses the Oakland Bay to San Francisco to the west and runs to Sacramento to the northeast. I-580 runs northwest to Richmond and San Rafael and southeast towards Huron and Los Angeles (via the ).
A minor road runs from I-580 to the , , and Oakdale to the east.
