Nebraska is a state of the United States, featured in American Truck Simulator as a map expansion DLC. It has been released on 16 May 2024. It is the thirteenth map of DLC involving map expansions, but the twelfth paid one.

The state is bordered by South Dakota to the north, Iowa to the east, Missouri to the southeast, Kansas to the south, Colorado to the southwest and Wyoming to the west.

• 27 June 2022: Some gas station signs added in the 1.45 Open Beta are named with the abbreviation NE in the map editor, indicating that Nebraska will be coming at some point in the future.
• 25 July 2023: SCS Software teases the new DLC state Nebraska as "Three times the Charm", revealing small parts of Nebraska.
• 11 August 2023: SCS Software officially is "Introducing Nebraska". The Cornhusker state is still in early progress, however you are now able to Wishlist this item on steam. The video on the Nebraska DLC Steam page shows parts of North Platte, confirming the city.
