It runs from an unnamed road on the CaliforniaNevada state line near Panamint Springs to US 95 in Beatty. The unnamed road connects SR 374 with CA 190, which in turn connects it with US 395 in Olancha, California. SR 374 is signed east–west in game but north–south in real life.[1]

SR 374 was added to American Truck Simulator in update 1.29.
