Mytilene (Greek: Μυτιλήνη, Mytilíni) is the capital of the Greek island of Lesbos. It is featured in the Greece map expansion DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Mytilene has an Eliarchos olive farm depot, an Icaria warehouse and a Villco supermarket in the north of the island. In the west of the island, there is a CNP depot, a Low Field farm and an Artemia hotel resort.

Facilities in Mytilene are a garage, two gas stations, three rest stops and a Service shop, along with a seaport.
In addition, a hidden viewpoint is located at the Lesbos Hotel and Resort, accessible via a secret road around the Artemia hotel resort.

- The hotel resort in Lesbos is actually inspired by a real-life hotel located in Rhodes. It had to be relocated to Lesbos due to size limitations of game map.
