Moscow (Russian: Москва) is the capital and largest city of Russia. It is mentioned-only on road signs in the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC and will be featured in the Heart of Russia DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

As a federal city, Moscow is a separate region of Russia and is not a part of Moscow Oblast despite being mostly surrounded by it. An outlying part of Moscow also borders Kaluga Oblast to the southwest.

Aligning with the signage design in the game, all reference to the city contains the name in both Cyrillic and Roman alphabets.
