- For other European roads numbered M5, see M5 (disambiguation).
The M5 motorway in the United Kingdom is the main connection between central and south-western England. It is first featured in UK Truck Simulator, and later Euro Truck Simulator 2. It's one of the few major roads with their entire length featured in the games.
While the M5 in real-life passes through several major settlements, the motorway in-game does not form direct access to any cities. Birmingham, Cardiff and Plymouth are the three in-game cities closest to the motorway, but truckers need to run on parts of M6, M4 or A38 roads to enter those cities.
Trivia[]
- The M5 in game meets the M4 at two trumpet interchanges. In real-life the two motorways simply meet each other in a large four-level stack interchange. [1] ProMods re-scripted the area such that a full cloverleaf interchange occupies the place.
