Linz is the third-largest city of Austria. It is located in the north centre of Austria, approximately 30 kilometres (19 miles) south of the Czech border, on both sides of the Danube River. It is featured in German Truck Simulator (Edition Austria) and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Landmarks Edit

The known landmarks of Linz which are present in the games are the Lentia 2000 building, the New Cathedral, the Power Tower and the Terminal Tower.

Features Edit

Linz is relatively densely industrialized, but only with three companies having depots there (including ITCC, Posped and NBFC), two of them being heavy industry companies.

In addition, there's neither a truck dealer nor a bus station in Linz. Only a garage, a hotel, a recruitment agency and a service shop are accessible in the city.

Connections Edit

The A1 runs east-west to the south of the city connecting it with Salzburg and Wien. To the west of Linz, the A8 and A9 intersect A1 and run towards Germany to the north and Graz to the south.

A minor road is connected to Linz and links the city with Praha to the north.
