Features[edit | edit source]
The city is relatively compact, with two street blocks housing almost all accessible buildings.
Connections[edit | edit source]
Two numbered roads cross near Kraków:
- The heads all the way west to the border with Germany near Dresden. Accessible Polish cities along the way include Katowice and Wrocław. East of Kraków, the highway is taken over by the lower standard , which runs to the southeast of the country. Truckers may turn onto a minor road and head towards Lublin or Košice (though it's quicker to access Lublin with the next numbered road:
- The starts at the mountainous border with Slovakia and heads straight into the city. It resumes to the northeast and heads towards Warszawa, Olsztyn and eventually Gdańsk. A more direct minor road also branches from this road towards Lublin.
