The features in Klamath Falls are two Gas stations, a Rest stop, and Avalanche Steel, Deepgrove and Heartwood Furniture depots.
There is also a Weigh station at the north exit of the city.

Klamath Falls is connected to other cities by three highways:

runs south towards Weed, Redding, and San Francisco, California and north to Bend. - The runs southeast towards Alturas, California (via the and ) and Reno, Nevada (via the , , and ).
- The runs northwest from US 97 north of Klamath Falls towards Eugene (via the ).
- The runs west to Medford and southeast towards Lakeview and Winnemucca, Nevada (the latter city via the and ).

History[]
In update 1.33, the section of OR 140 from US 97 Business and OR 39 in Klamath Falls to US 395 in Lakeview was added.
In update 1.35, the section of OR 140 from OR 62 in Medford to US 97 Business and OR 39 in Klamath Falls was added, along with the junction with US 97 and the downtown section of Klamath Falls.
