Kaliningrad (Russian: Калининград) is a city in Russia, and the capital of Kaliningrad Oblast. It is featured in the Beyond the Baltic Sea map expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

• When one drives on the road between Kaliningrad and Gdansk, on the Russian side of the border there is a second carriageway. Many players confuse it with a new second carriageway under construction for the road. However, in real-life, that second carriageway is actually a remnant of the former Berlinka Reichsautobahn, which was to have been built under Nazi Germany and ran between Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad) and Berlin. However, WWII and the fall of the Third Reich meant that the motorway was never finished.
