State Route 375 (SR 375) is a north–south state highway in southeastern Nevada in American Truck Simulator. It runs from US 93 between Pioche and Las Vegas to US 6 between Ely and Tonopah. The road is known as the Extraterrestrial Highway or the ET Highway around the world and everyone from UFO hunters to conspiracy theorist flock to this road each year.
An Easter egg can be found in the scenery town of Rachel. By the mountains to the west of the settlement, one can see a pair of mysterious bright lights flying during the night. This is likely a reference to the fact that in real life, Rachel is the closest settlement to Area 51.
