The at-grade section of US 93 was moved to Interstate 15 and a new freeway section concurrent with US 95 south of Interstate 15, including the diamond interchange with Tropicana Avenue. The curve between Las Vegas Boulevard and Russell Road was replaced by an at-grade three-way junction. The minor road running to US 93 by the Hoover Dam was removed.

The Wallbert store was rebuilt and moved from the frontage road of Interstate 15 to a minor road. The Bitumen depot was rebuilt and moved from US 93 to Rancho Drive. The Eddy's store and Voltison Motors depot were moved slightly, and the former was rebuilt. The garage and recruitment agency were moved slightly, two truck stops were added (one of which with a Gallon Oil unloading point), and the two gas stations were removed.
