Erfurt is a city in central Germany, featured in German Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Erfurt has been reworked in the update 1.32, and its surroundings were reworked in the update 1.35.

Landmarks Edit

The cathedral, the St. Severi church and the Radisson building are the city's only shown landmarks in ETS 2.

Features Edit

Erfurt has a large footprint compared with other cities in the game, but is relatively lightly industrialized, with only three companies having depots there (including EuroGoodies, Sanbuilders, and an EuroAcres farm to the east of the city).

In addition, there's neither a recruitment agency nor a truck dealer in Erfurt. Only a garage, a hotel and a service shop is accessible in Erfurt.

Connections Edit

The A4 runs east-west to the south of the city. A north-south minor road runs west to the city and trucker may access Magdeburg or Nürnberg using the minor road.

The map revamp under version 1.35 introduces three new Autobahnen near the city, namely A38 (towards Kassel and Leipzig), A71 (towards Stuttgart) and A73 (towards Nürnberg). Of these three new roads, only A71 directly connects the city.
