The E47 is an Euroroute whose main part is in Denmark.
The route is introduced in Euro Truck Simulator 2: Scandinavia DLC, and serves part of the link between København, the Danish capital, and Gedser, a port town with ferry service to Rostock, Germany. The most prominent structure of the route featured in the game is the Farø Bridges (only one bridge is featured in the game).
Despite being dual carriageway throughout, the speed limit of the route is 70km/h (43mph) for trucks, the same limit applied to single carriageway Danish roads.
In real life, the route covers two ferry routes on its own right, one from Denmark to Helsingborg, Sweden; and the other from Denmark to Lübeck, Germany. Neither of the ferry routes are featured in the game.
