- In real-life the route runs on a very small section of French
, but it's relatively short that it's effectively omitted in the rendering. - While there's a ferry between Corse and Sardegna in the game, it's not the route covered by Euroroute .
- In general, the European route south of Switzerland is not signed in-game.
