The Diaľnica D1 is a main highway spanning across northern Slovakia, linking its capital Bratislava with the eastern city of Košice. It is introduced in Euro Truck Simulator 2: Going East.
As in real-life, the highway is only half-finished and exists in two sections. They are linked up by about 90 km (56 mi) of minor road in the middle. To simulate the view better, there are various towns en-route rendered in-game but unlabelled or even not accessible to truckers. Examples include Považská Bystrica and Ružomberok.
D1 is part of two Euroroutes in-game: E50 and E75.

- While Slovakia has its own signs for numbered roads in real-life, the Diaľnica D1 in the game uses Czech-styled number signs.
- The easternmost section of the road, near Košice, is also part of the Rýchlostná cesta R4 in real-life.
