The Devlet Yolu 
is an east-west state road in Turkey.
In real-life, it connects Bulgaria to İstanbul and ends at the border with Iran, whereas in ETS2 it runs in three distinct sections:
- One section runs from the border with Bulgaria at Kapıkule to the start of the
west of Edirne. - Another section runs through Edirne to the intersection with the .
- The final section runs through İstanbul from the Avcılar Haramidere Bağlantısı Kumcular Yolu junction to the .
In the initial release of the Road to the Black Sea DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2, the D.100 had a fourth distinct section, and it was marking the D.110 from Keşan to the O-3 west of İstanbul. This was fixed two years later when update 1.43 was released.
