Colville features a Coastline Mining storage, a Deepgrove depot, an Eddy's market, a Sell Goods warehouse and a Sunshine Crops garage and farm. South of the city there is a Bushnell Farms farm and a Sea Horizon marina.

Facilities in Colville are a gas station, and a rest stop.

The US395 runs south to Spokane and north to Laurier and Grand Forks, British Columbia.
The WA20 runs west to Tonasket and Omak and southeast (inaccessible) to Newport.

Coastline Mining: Off WA20 3rd Avenue.
Deepgrove: Off Railroad Street, by the northwestern roundabout.
Eddy's: East of US395 Main Street, by the southern roundabout.
Gallon Oil underground tank: At the Gallon Oil truck stop on US395 WA20 Main Street.
Sunshine Crops: On 3rd Avenue, off Railroad Street to the west. The garage is to the right, the farm to the left of the street.
Sell Goods: On Railroad Street, west of US395 Main Street by the southern roundabout.
Sea Horizon: Accessed from US395, 30 miles south of Colville.
