Cabbage to Cabbage Description To unlock the achievement "Cabbage to Cabbage", the player has to drive through Cabbage Hill while delivering any type of vegetables cargo, either frozen or regular. This Achievement requires American Truck Simulator: Oregon Where is Cabbage Hill? Cabbage Hill is located east of Pendleton on I-84. Making the elevation rise from west to east, the highway passes Cabbage Hill very curvily, with several switchback turns and runaway truck ramps because of how steep the hill is.
