California State Route 180 (SR 180) is a short expressway in Fresno, California and two-lane highway in the San Joaquin Valley in American Truck Simulator. In-game, the two-lane section west of Fresno begins at crossroads with another road that sources at Interstate 5, and ultimately builds up to a four-lane route. It perpendicularly intersects with the expressway section right alongside CA 99. The second part is based on the Sequoia-Kings Canyon Freeway and spans between that intersection (which is just west of a Wallbert supermarket) and Fresno's Plaster & Sons construction site.

CA 180 inaccessibly continues beyond each end point, heading towards CA 152 to the northwest and US 395 to the east, but only the latter part is marked in-game by road signs as CA 180.
