BHV is a car dealership company which was introduced in the Scandinavia DLC. It sells cars which are made by in-game vehicle factories. There are also BHV depots in some French cities included in the Vive la France! DLC, Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC and Road to the Black Sea DLC.
