State Route 389 (SR 389) is an east–west state highway in northwestern Arizona in American Truck Simulator. It runs from UT-59 on the Arizona–Utah state line in Colorado City to US 89A in Fredonia.
SR 389 is part of the route connecting St. George and Cedar City in southwestern Utah with Page in northern Arizona, which also passes the scenery towns of Washington, Hurricane, Hildale, and Kanab.
