The Autostrada A7 is a highway Italy which serves as a connection between Milano and Genova. The highway is also known as Autostrada dei Giovi.

The northern part (A50 to A21) is featured in the base game of Euro Truck Simulator 2, the southern part (A21 to A10 (Genova)) is featured in the Italia DLC.

The A7 forms the main road from Milano to places further south. In ETS 1, it forms part of the way to Rome (with A1 taking over after a distance), while in ETS 2 it "terminates" at the junction with A21, which heads west towards Torino.

As with most inter-city highways in Italy, the A7 is tolled. While there's only one toll gate on the A7 in-game, a ticketing system is still employed. The other toll gate paired with the A7 one is at the western end of A21. The toll to pay, in-game, is €16.
