The Autostrada A55 is a highway in Italy, which is featured in Euro Truck Simulator 2. The A55 is the west Ring of Torino (Tangenziale di Torino).
Points of Interest
- All three entrances of Torino in the game branch from the A55.
- The northern terminus of the A55 in-game is unclear. While a short length of the road east of Torino's northern access is of highway standard, the signs leading to it does not include the A55 number, meaning that section of the road is not considered part of A55. On the map included in this page, a lighter shade is used to indicate this particular section of road.
- The A55, along with the A50 near Milano, are the only two Italian Autostrade in ETS 2 with neither tolling nor servicing facilities.
- In real-life, the A55 is a collection of several interconnected highways near Torino, while in ETS 2 the A55 is one continuous highway. Depending on the definition of the in-game road's end point, the length of in-game A55 is close to or even longer than all real-life A55 sections combined.
