The Autoestrada A44 is a highway in northern Portugal, running south of Porto. It is featured in the Iberia DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2 since its initial release.

In real-life, the road runs from the A29 to the A20 south of Porto, while in Euro Truck Simulator 2, the road connects the A1 at a toll gate with the A20 south of Porto. Due to the game's scale, the section between the toll gate and the junction is not completely accurate, however, the junction of the A1 and A44 is the same interchange rendered to the game.

The section between the junction, and the toll gate, is incorrectly marked as the A1 on the map as it should be marked as the A44 instead because of its direction towards the interchange. In real-life, starting from its southern terminus, the A44 runs north towards its junction with the A1 and beyond north until reaching towards the A20.
