Release History[]
Initial release and map rework[]
When the game was initially released, the road was shorter, running between Hamburg in the east and Osnabrück in the west, with the
taking over in the east and
continuing in the west (before 1.40 update). This section of road is updated along with other parts of northern Germany in version 1.32 update, and a new section is rendered up to an interchange with the minor road running between Kiel and Leipzig. This is to improve connection to Travemünde, a port town newly added to the game map.
Version 1.35 update further reworks the section of
near Osnabrück. Due to large map areas of issues, the unable to southwest map rework, but could not be rework Ruhr area and connects highway from
southwest to Köln – instead, truckers need to drive on
directly to Köln via minor road.
The final part of the update comes at version 1.40, with most dual roads in the Ruhr area recognized as Bundesautobahnen. In particular, a new section of
is rendered east of Dortmund, replacing the original minor roads all the way to the outskirts of Köln (before 1.50 update). Since this update, the
no longer plugs into
directly. Instead, they merely interchange outside Dortmund.
Interestingly, the newest section introduces a TOTSO at the 4-way interchange outside Dusseldorf (before 1.50 update), although in real-life the
simply makes a curve there and does not require drivers to turn off.
Cities rework[]
The four cities has been reworked between Travemünde and Hamburg in the 1.48 update, along with Hamburg, Kiel, Rostock and Travemünde (map expansion quality).
The Rhine-Ruhr Germany part has been fully reworked in the 1.50 update, the
no longer to Köln. A43 and TOTSO is removed, you need to plugs into
directly to Köln via
.
