Both answers are YES, unfortunately.
I'm in the correct left turn line, i do signal and I do the turn as I always did.
I really have no explanation as my behaviour as always been the same.
Since the last update, I keep getting fines for crossing with red light even when the lights are green. It happens almost everywhere on ATS maps, especially when turning left at junctions.
Sometimes it happens twice while crossing a junction...
Is it just me?

Did anyone managed to get the 100% of Colorado map discovered?
I used all possible mods to find the 00,01% I'm missing but nothing appears as undiscovered...
Maybe the map is bugged?
